Q3: The belt constantly mistracks. We keep adjusting rollers but it never stays straight. What can be done?

Annilte: Mistracking is fundamentally caused by uneven density, inconsistent thickness, and built-in internal stress. We use 100% virgin rubber compound — no regrind, no reclaimed material — ensuring uniform density throughout the entire belt, with thickness tolerance held to within ±0.05mm. On top of that, our secondary constant-temperature stretch-setting process completely releases internal stress, guaranteeing consistent shrinkage across the belt. Result? It tracks straight from day one, with minimal adjustment needed.

Q4: The splice/joint is always the weakest spot — it keeps coming apart. How do you make it stronger?

Annilte: Conventional butt joints simply fuse flat surfaces together, which offers limited bonding area. We use a finger-type stepped overlap process — like interlocking ten fingers — followed by high-temperature, high-pressure fusion welding. The joint tensile strength reaches ≥95% of the belt body itself. We also embed an extra anti-tear polyester scrim layer at the splice, doubling fatigue life. In short, the joint outlasts the belt.

Q5: We use the belts outdoors. UV exposure causes chalking, cracking, and premature aging. How do you extend service life?

Annilte: We compound the belt with a synergistic system of HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) and nano-scale UV absorbers — providing both surface shielding and internal protection. After QUV 3000-hour accelerated aging tests, tensile strength retention remains ≥90% with no surface cracking. While ordinary belts degrade within 1-2 years, ours maintain excellent condition for 8-10 years of outdoor service.
