The belt’s structure is well-designed, offering excellent overall performance. Sheet-backed belts are a type of flat high-speed transmission belt; typically, they have a nylon sheet backing in the center, with the surface covered in rubber, cowhide, or fabric. They are categorized into rubber-nylon sheet-backed belts and cowhide-nylon sheet-backed belts. Belt thickness typically ranges from 0.8 to 6 mm. Nylon-backed flat belts offer advantages such as high tensile strength, resistance to flexing, high efficiency, low noise, fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, and a long service life.
