Common problems and solutions of the iron remover belt
1. Belt deflection: the belt is produced with uneven thickness or asymmetric distribution of the tensile layer (e.g. nylon core), resulting in unbalanced force during operation.

Solution: Adopt high-precision calendering equipment to ensure that the tolerance of belt thickness is controlled within ±0.2mm.
Enhance the symmetry testing of the tensile layer (e.g. X-ray scanning) to avoid internal structural deviation.

2. The belt wears out too fast: the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is not enough or the rubber has poor impact resistance (e.g. pure natural rubber instead of wear-resistant synthetic rubber).

Solution: Adopt high wear-resistant formula (e.g. Buna-N + polyurethane composite layer) and verify the life span through dynamic wear test of the pulley.

3. Poor iron removal effect: The thickness of the belt exceeds the standard (e.g. >3mm), resulting in serious magnetic attenuation.
The belt contains ferromagnetic impurities (such as metal particles mixed in the production process), interfering with the distribution of magnetic field.

Solution: Customize the thin belt (recommended 1.5-2.5mm) according to the customer's iron remover model, and mark the magnetic attenuation coefficient.
Avoid metal contamination during mixing and vulcanization of raw materials, and finished products need to be screened by metal detectors.
