Our Product Advantages
Wide range of high-temperature resistance: it can stably operate in high-temperature environments ranging from 200℃ to 600℃, and some models can even withstand instantaneous high-temperature impacts, far exceeding the industry standard.
High-strength skeleton layer: Aramid fibers, high-modulus polyester canvas and other reinforcing materials are used to increase the tensile strength by 50%, effectively resisting the impact and friction of high-temperature materials.
Tear-resistant design: By optimizing the structure of the fabric layer and the adhesive strength of the rubber material, the tear strength is ≥150N/mm, which is suitable for conveying sharp materials.
Customized size and structure: Supporting the customization of bandwidth from 500mm-3000mm, the number of fabric layers from 3 to 16, and the thickness of cover rubber and pattern type (e.g. herringbone pattern, grass pattern) can be adjusted according to the needs.

High temperature rubber conveyor belt can be divided into common high temperature conveyor belt and strong high temperature conveyor belt according to the different materials of strong layer:
Ordinary high temperature conveyor belt: the strong layer is polyester/cotton canvas (CC56), which is suitable for general high temperature material transportation.
Strong high temperature conveyor belt: the strong layer is multi-layer chemical fiber canvas (such as EP canvas), which has higher strength and heat-resistant performance, and is suitable for occasions that require higher performance of conveyor belts.
