Our Product Advantages
Odorless and non-toxic: It is made of high-purity polyester (PET) material, which does not release harmful gases at high temperatures and does not affect the flavor of food.
Anti-stretch & Wear-resistant: Adopting high-strength and low-extension polyester monofilament or multi-stranded stranded wire weaving, the tensile strength is better than ordinary mesh belts, and it is not easy to loosen or break in long-term use.
Anti-sticking treatment is optional: For high sugar and fat foods (such as preserves and pastries), PTFE or silicone coated mesh belts are available to minimize sticking and residue.
Convenient Installation: Various types of joints are available (spiral buckle, chain, seamless splicing, etc.), which are suitable for mainstream drying equipment with high replacement efficiency.
Flexible customization: adjust the mesh size (0.5mm~15mm), width (10mm~5m) and color (transparent, white, blue, etc.) according to the customer's requirements to meet the drying needs of different food forms (granules, flakes, liquid coating).
