In order to further enhance team awareness, improve team cohesion, and stimulate team enthusiasm, on October 6, Mr. Gao Chongbin, chairman of Jinan Annai Special Industrial Belt Co., Ltd, and Mr. Xiu Xueyi, general manager of the company, led all of the company’s partners to organise the “Cohesion and Gathering Strength – Autumn Expansion Special Training of Jinan Annai”.
The team expansion was held in the military expansion base in Changqing District, Jinan City, and more than 150 partners of the company demonstrated the spirit of unity, friendship and positive outlook of Annai people in the activity.
Sweat and perseverance are intertwined, and trials and tribulations are accompanied. The one-day “Cohesion and Gathering of Forces – Jinan ENN Autumn Expansion Training” was successfully completed under the joint efforts of everyone. After a fierce competition, the eighth team, the seventh team and the third team won the first, second and third place respectively.
Finally, Mr Gao made an important speech on this activity, he said: “From the conductor to switch to the executor and all the partners to participate in this outreach activity with deep feelings, once you become the executor, you have to be unconditionally obedient to the conductor, in the process of the team sprinting to the goal together, you have to choose to trust each other. In the game link need to team deployment, plan, the goal to set a long term, to achieve the goal of the process to constantly review, sum up, optimise the tactics and play, in order to do a hundred shots, get the final victory!”
