PU type coiling aid conveyor belt is a special conveyor belt with polyurethane (PU) as coating layer and synthetic fabric as skeleton, which has the characteristics of high strength, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, food grade safety, etc. It is suitable for many industries such as metallurgy, foodstuffs, packaging, logistics, automobile manufacturing, etc., and it is especially excellent in the coiling operation of cold rolled steel plate, aluminum plate and copper plate.
Performance parameters and customization options
The performance parameters of the coiling machine belt can be customized according to the actual needs, and the common parameters include:
Thickness: 3-8mm (common), support for thicker or thinner specification customization.
Width: 450-1780mm (commonly used), the maximum width can be up to 2000mm.
Length: with one-piece weaving process, the length can be customized, the maximum length can be up to 100 meters.
Material: PVC, PU, PVK, rubber, silicone, etc. Surface running temperature range from -20℃ to 80℃ (high temperature resistant type can be customized).
Surface treatment: smooth surface, golf pattern, diamond pattern, etc. to enhance friction or wear resistance.
Edge treatment: Edge sealing treatment enhances abrasion resistance and avoids contamination of the strip by lint.
