In industrial production, the correct use of PU conveyor belt is particularly important, pp conveyor belt in use should pay attention to the following matters:
1. Avoid the rollers being covered by materials, resulting in rotary failure, to prevent leakage of materials stuck between the roller and the tape, pay attention to the lubrication of the movable part of the PP conveyor belt, but shall not be oil stained conveyor belt.
2. Prevent the load start of the cleaning belt.
3. If the conveyor belt runs out of alignment, take measures to correct it in time.
4. When the belt is found to be partially damaged, artificial cotton should be used to repair it in time so as not to expand it.
5. Avoid the conveyor belt to be blocked by the rack, pillar or block material, and prevent it from breaking and tearing.
