Rubber Canvas Flat Belt (Rubber Canvas Flat Belt) is a highly wear-resistant, high-strength power transmission belt reinforced with multiple layers of cotton canvas or polyester fiber and covered with rubber, which is widely used in the fields of industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, and conveyor systems. Its excellent flexibility, tensile strength and environmental resistance make it an ideal substitute for traditional flat belts.
Structure
Surface Layer: Abrasion-resistant rubber coating (natural rubber/SBR/NBR, etc.), providing anti-slip, oil resistance and anti-aging properties.
Reinforcement layer: Multi-layer Cotton Canvas or Polyester Fabric, providing high tensile strength and dimensional stability.
Adhesive Layer: High strength adhesive ensures that the rubber is tightly bonded to the canvas and prevents delamination.
