Manure removal belts are important equipment for automatic manure removal in livestock farms, mainly used for poultry (e.g. chickens, ducks, geese, etc.) in cage or flat mode.

Types of manure removal belts

 Horizontal manure removal belt 

Installed under each layer of cages, it transports the manure horizontally to the manure collecting ditch or manure tank. Suitable for ladder or cascade cage systems.

 

Longitudinal cleaning belt 

Arranged along the longitudinal direction of the chicken house, the manure is transported to the outside of the house. Mostly used in large intensive farms.

 

Flat-farming manure removal belt 

Used in ground level raising mode, laid under the bedding and cleaned regularly.

 

Material of manure cleaning belt

Rubber belt: wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, long service life, high cost. 

PVC belt: lightweight, moisture-proof, suitable for small and medium-sized farms. 

Polypropylene (PP) belt: high tensile strength, acid and alkali resistance, cost-effective.
