His entrepreneurial journey began in the most humble way: one man, a heavy bag of belt samples, and a pair of shoes worn out traversing the industrial zones of Shandong. With no resources or connections, he relied solely on his unwavering belief in his products and the persistent knocking on factory gates. This solitary pioneering period was a crucible, teaching him that one tree cannot support the sky. The turning point came in 2008. Mr. Xiu Xueyi, a kindred spirit, joined as a partner. Together, they formally established Jinan Annilte Special Industrial Belt Co., Ltd. This was not merely a capital merger but a resonance of vision, wisdom, and conviction. Three months of relentless, round-the-clock experimentation culminated in a custom-engineered dumpling machine belt. This innovation miraculously boosted daily output to 1,500 kilograms, significantly bolstering Shanghai's essential food supply during this critical period.
When the Shanghai government's letter of gratitude reached Gao Chongbin through the client, this tenacious entrepreneur was overcome with emotion. Running his fingers over the paper, he reflected: “We always thought we were just making industrial parts. But in that moment, I realized what our belts were truly conveying: sustenance, compassion, and the very pulse of a city.” That same year, Annilte secured two utility model patents, demonstrating how technological value can yield profound social benefits.
Chapter 3: Expedition and Resonance—From Workshop to Stage
A company's boundaries extend far beyond technology and markets; they are shaped by the visionary mindset of its leaders. In 2016, when offline sales hit a ceiling, Gao Chongbin refused to cling to outdated models. Instead, he decisively built an online operations team, opened up the digital battlefield, and established an integrated “omnichannel marketing” system that fused online and offline channels. 2023 marked a defining moment for both Gao Chongbin personally and the Annilte brand.
