1. Structure difference
Single-sided felt conveyor belt is a conveyor belt with high temperature resistant felt added to the surface of PVC material, which is covered with felt on one side only, and the other side is smooth rubber surface.
The double-sided felt conveyor belt is made of polyester strong layer as the tension layer, and the high-temperature resistant felt conveyor belt is added on both sides, which has a higher coverage of felt.
2. Performance difference
Single-sided felt conveyor belt has the characteristics of good flexibility, anti-static, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, impact resistance, anti-puncture and so on.
Double-sided felt conveyor belt has the characteristics of cutting resistance, anti-slip, good flexibility, good flex resistance, good air permeability, small elongation, wear resistance and so on.
3. Difference in application scenes
Single-side felt conveyor belt is suitable for electronics industry, aluminum profile industry, iron and steel industry, or used for conveying high-grade toys, copper plate, steel plate, aluminum alloy materials, materials with sharp corners.
Double-sided felt conveyor belts are suitable for vibrating knife cutting machine, automatic soft cutting machine, CNC soft cutting machine, logistics conveying, metal plate, casting conveying and so on.
