Solutions: Regularly clean drums and idler rollers; adjust tensioning device; install automatic alignment correction device.

Slippage: The drive drum rotates, but the belt does not move or moves slowly.

Causes: Insufficient tension, excessive moisture on the belt or drum surface, or overload (e.g., excessively thick manure or foreign objects stuck).

Solutions: Increase tension; clean the drum surface; inspect and remove foreign objects.

Tears or Damage:

Causes: Entanglement with sharp foreign objects (e.g., wire, broken bones); prolonged wear; material aging.

Solutions: Promptly repair or replace damaged sections; conduct routine inspections to prevent foreign object ingress.
