At 8:30 a.m. on June 2, 2025, Annilte Conveyor Belt held the monthly keyword interpretation ceremony as scheduled. Mr. Xiu Xueyi, the general manager, brought a philosophical cultural feast to all the partners with the theme of “the way to deal with things in the world - no intention, no necessity, no solidity, no self”.

This keyword comes from the Confucian wisdom in The Analects of Confucius - Zihan. Mr. Xiu shared that the inspiration for this theme came from the daily communication with our partners. He elaborated on the profound connotation of these eight aphorisms:

 

“Don't think”: to speculate out of thin air, to understand others, to realize what you don't want - what you do want.

 

“Don't be sure”: subjective and arbitrary.

 

“No stubbornness”: to insist on one's own way of thinking, to be stubborn, to be obstinate.

 

“No I”: to think of oneself as the only one who can enjoy my benefits.

 

The small partners said that this keyword sharing gave them a new understanding of traditional culture and provided valuable guidelines for daily work in the world. One junior partner lamented, “These principles not only apply to work decisions, but also help us build more harmonious interpersonal relationships.”
